Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital thanks its Easter donors

20 April 2011

Patients at Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital did not miss out on Easter festivities this April. Thanks to dozens of donations of chocolates every child at the hospital was treated to Easter goodies.

On Thursday April 21, a collection of clowns visited every ward and presented the patients with Easter eggs and other chocolates treats which had been donated to Red Cross War Memorial Children's hospital in the run-up to Easter holiday period.

Easter fever infected the staff as well and seven departments took part in the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital's annual Easter creativity competition. The theme this year was baking and the judges had a difficult time choosing between the elaborate baking displays.

The staff, management and patients at Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital would like to thank the generous benefactors for all the Easter treats donated to the hospital.

Your support is greatly appreciated.
