Minister Madikizela To Hand Over BNG Houses in Belhar

Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela will today, Monday 6 May 2019 join City of Cape Town Mayor, Dan Plato and City’s MMC for Human Settlements Councillor Malusi Booi when they hand over houses in the Belhar-Pentech housing project.

Top structures of this project commenced in March 2018 and the project was planned to be completed within 12 months. The project is meant to accommodate beneficiaries from Belhar, Bellville-South, Ravensmead and Elsies River.

Beneficiaries of this project are chosen from the City’s waiting list in accordance with the Housing Allocation Policy.
