Minister Albert Fritz to address opening of the China Classification Society

The Western Cape Minister of Social Development, Adv. Albert Fritz, will deliver a keynote address at the opening ceremony of the China Classification Society (CCS).

The CCS is one of the major classification societies in the world. Classification Societies are one of the main components of the shipping industry. They render technical support and solutions to the shipping industry to make sure there is safer navigation and cleaner ocean environments. Minister Fritz will address the group on how shipping can contribute to social development by empowering youth economically.

There will be opportunities for interviews and photographs.
