Media alert: Minister Schäfer to visit De Rust Futura Academie

Tomorrow, Thursday 6 February 2020, at 10h00, the Western Cape Minister of Education, Debbie Schäfer, will visit De Rust Futura Academie in Grabouw to inspect the school’s recently donated facilities and engage with school staff regarding their plans for the school year.

Training in agricultural subjects is one of the WCED’s key priorities, given the role of agriculture in our province’s economy, as well as its continuing importance in the future economy. Schools like De Rust Futura Academie are poised to lead the way in developing the next generation of leaders in the agricultural sector.
