Media Alert: Minister Plato to Launch Women’s Month Events in Moorreesburg

Tomorrow, Friday 8 August 2014, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, Dan Plato, will launch the Department of Community Safety’s Women’s Month events in Moorreesburg.

During the month of August, Minister Plato will be visiting different communities throughout the province to honour women from the different areas, to highlight women’s safety and to pledge men’s responsibilities in the fight against violence against women.

Minister Plato will be visiting the towns of Moorreesburg and Velddrif tomorrow, ahead of National Women’s Day on Saturday, 9 August 2014.
