Media Alert: Minister Debbie Schafer to Attend South Africa Book Fair at CTICC

Tomorrow, 13 June 2014, Minister Debbie Schafer will be visiting the SA Book Fair at the Cape Town International Conference Centre.
From the outset, Minister Schafer has stated that the improvement of our learner’s language skills would be a priority of hers.
At the forefront of this is improving our learner’s ability to read.
As an avid reader herself, Minister Schafer will tomorrow, be speaking at the book fair – commenting on the importance of igniting our youth’s passion for books and reading.
Minister Schafer also intends to browse some of the stores, and buy a book or two.
