Delft Residents to Receive Title Deeds

Tomorrow, Tuesday, 15 August 2017, Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will hand over more than 50 title deeds to Delft residents.

Among the 50 recipients who will receive their title deeds tomorrow, 23 are pensioners. This forms part of one of the Department’s strategic goals of prioritizing vulnerable residents such as the elderly, for government housing opportunities.

The Provincial Department of Human Settlements has delivered over 6000 title deeds in Delft since the inception of the Enhanced Extended Discount Benefit Scheme (EEDBS).
