There are only four 1 day training dates to choose from: 

• 30 October 2025
• 27 November 2025
• 11 December 2025
• 12 February 2026

Please note the following important information: 

1. The training is only open to current approved and contracted private providers rendering EPI services within the Metro district. Rural providers will be granted a future opportunity to attend training.
2. Each participant may register for one training date only (one application per person). Multiple participants per health facility is allowed. 
3. An application submission does not mean that the application is automatically approved. 

• After careful review of the application, the successful applicants will be confirmed by PDC
• The participant will receive a confirmation letter from PDC three weeks prior the training date, with the training venue details.

4. If a session does not attract sufficient applications, it will be closed, and applicants will be asked to choose another available date.
5. The training is funded, hence there is no cost to the eligible participants.

• Once a participant is confirmed by PDC, attendance is required to avoid wasteful expenditure.
• Should the participant become unavailable to attend, PDC should be notified timeously so that the space is filled.
