Deputy Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Development: Overview
The Deputy Ministry is responsible for assisting the Ministry with policy and legislation development with regard to justice and constitutional development. The Deputy Ministry is also responsible for:
- implementing national policy and legislation
- co-ordinating the functions of the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development
- preparing and initiating legislation
- performing any other executive function provided for in the Constitution or in national legislation.
