MOD Community Centres
(Western Cape Government)
MOD Community Centres were originally established as “sport hubs” for under the Siyadlala Community Mass Participation Programme (SCMPP). These hubs aim to reach five focus groups: youth, women, the elderly, people with disabilities and rural communities.
