Library Service Insider's View

The Western Cape Library Service (WCLS) is the biggest of the nine provincial library services in South Africa currently servicing 373 library service points. The Insider's View publication seeks to deliver a better understanding of the functions and responsibilities of the different units within the WCLS. It sketches out the functions behind the scenes in order to provide a clear understanding and appreciation of the work provided by the WCLS. It tells the story of what we do and how we do it.
