Know your SAPS Station Commander Booklet
This booklet was put together by the Department of Community Safety (Directorate: Monitoring and Evaluation) from information gathered during 2018/19 from the 151 police stations in the Western Cape.
It contains the contact information of the station and cluster commanders in the 16 policing clusters in the Western Cape.
The details of the Deputy Cluster Commanders will be listed in cases where there is no appointed Cluster Commander.
Citizens are encouraged to first lodge their SAPS service delivery complaints with the Station Commander of the relevant police station. If this proves unsuccessful, the Cluster Commander can be contacted for assistance.
If citizens are not satisfied with feedback, they can lay a complaint with the Western Cape Police Ombudsman.
