An appeal to save water

The Western Cape is currently facing its worst drought in living memory and with climate change projections this is likely to be the new normal.

All tiers of government are actively responding to the drought crisis through restrictions, reducing their own consumption, awareness raising, augmenting supply, amongst other interventions. A huge number of businesses have also been actively reducing their water consumption. We can only address this crisis together.

This is an appeal to businesses to respond to the impacts of the current drought as well as adapt to a ‘new normal’. Understanding how much water is being used, where and how to save will help you create a resilience plan with the greatest impact.

We are better together.
