On Saturday, 25 March 2017, Western Cape Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Anroux Marais will deliver the keynote address at the annual provincial Cultural Affairs Awards ceremony in Somerset West.
The Western Cape Cultural Affairs Awards are held annually to celebrate individuals and organisations in the Western Cape who are making a positive contribution in the Cultural Affairs sector. Awards have previously been given to organisations and individuals who have made a profound impact within the Arts, Culture, Language, Heritage, Museums, Archives, Geographical Names and Libraries sectors in the province over the years.
The Programme will be directed by Martelize Brink and Ayanda Dlamini.
