Minister Marais Joins Minster Mbalula at Boxing Tournament Weigh-In

The Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport (DCAS) has been instrumental in the promotion and profiling of boxing in the Western Cape. To bring the sport of boxing back to its former glory days, the DCAS, Sport and Recreation South Africa (SRSA), the Western Cape Provincial Sport Confederation (WCPSC), Western Cape Promoters Association (WCPA), Boxing South Africa (BSA) and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) will be hosting the #BoxingisBack Extravaganza on 27 November 2015.

The Western Cape Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Anroux Marais, will together with the National Minister of Sport and Recreation, Fikile Mbalula meet the professional boxers who will participate in the tournament as they weigh in at the press conference scheduled for tomorrow, 26 November 2015.
