Annual Kenpark U23 "Arising Stars" Tournament in Mitchell's Plain
The Annual Kenpark U23 “Arising Stars” Tournament will officially kick off on 12 June 2015 with the championship final taking place on 14 June 2015 at Stephan Reagan Sport Complex, Mitchell’s Plain.
A total of 24 SAFA (South African Football Association) registered clubs will be participating in this prestigious event. This tournament usually attracts large crowds from various Cape Flats communities.

The Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport (DCAS) will be supporting the event through its Club Development Programme. DCAS provides transport support for the Bishop Lavis and Greenwood Athletic football Clubs so that they can travel to league matches and tournaments.
The tournament will boost the morale of clubs, promote competition, and provide an opportunity for talented players to show off their skills to scouts from professional clubs.
