Minister Marais Meets Staff In George And Mossel Bay

On her second day of meet and greets on 19 May in the Eden region, Minister Anroux Marais visited offices in George and Mossel Bay to meet the department’s staff members.

The Minister started her visits at the George regional library office, where she met all the staff members and saw first-hand where the new books are delivered to for distribution to libraries throughout the region. After that, she went to the George museum, where she met all the staff and was given a tour of the museum and shown the timber exhibition.

Minister Marais then went to Mossel Bay where she visited the DBartolomeu Dias museum and the Kwanonqaba library. The Minister had the opportunity to meet the regional staff members based at these sites, and could also experience the attractions that the museum has to offer.

The next meet and greets will take place in the Metro on 2 June 2015.
