ANC theatrics disrupt Provincial Parliament

The ANC’s theatrics in the House brought Parliament into disrepute.  Their strategy of out – dramatising the EFF will fail and cause a serious backlash among the voters.

It is ironic that the ANC, who claims to champion accountability, prevented me from being accountable to the people of this province by presenting our strategic plan and game changers for the next five years.  I have therefore tabled my State of the Province Address, which is available here: http://www.westerncape.gov.za/speech/premier-helen-zilles-state-province-address-2015.

The ANC has displayed profound contempt for the public, and revealed that they do not have the public’s interest at heart, but rather their own political grandstanding.  Their aim is for our parliamentary system to degenerate into chaos.
