Media Alert: Premier Zille to Deliver 2014 State of the Province Address

Tomorrow, Friday, 21 February, Premier Helen Zille will deliver the 2014 State of the Province Address from 11.30 at the official opening of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament. There will be a delayed broadcast of the address from 13.00 on the Parliamentary Channel 408.

 

Members of the media are reminded that, due to space constraints, seats in the press gallery can only be occupied on a first come, first served basis. Photographers will be able to take photographs both from the press gallery and from the entrance to the chamber.

 

NB: There will be a media engagement session with Premier Zille in the new media room at the ground floor of 15 Wale Street from 13.30 – 14.00 for interviews and soundbites. 

 

Please note that there will be no other opportunities to interact with Premier Zille outside of that slot (Refreshments for the media will be provided in the Tafelberg venue on the 7th Floor during the members’ luncheon that follows the conclusion of the Premier’s address).
