Media Alert: Minister Madikizela to Deliver 2013 Budget Speech

Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will deliver the 2012/2013 Budget Speech in the Provincial Parliament at 10:00 on 25 March 2013.

The speech will:

• Present an overview of the Departments financial and non-financial performance for the 2012/2013 financial year, along with individual program breakdowns.
• Detail service delivery performance of the Department of Human Settlements since 2009.
• Outline some of the challenges and mitigators in the human settlements delivery environment
• Discuss auditing challenges
• Specify women’s empowerment initiatives
