Madikizela To Launch R50 Million Housing Projects In Matzikama, West Coast

Tomorrow, Wednesday 23 January 2019,  Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will launch two multimillion housing projects in Lutzville and Vredendal in the Matzikama Municipality in the West Coast.

In Lutzville, the Minister will turn the sod to announce the start of a construction project that will yield over 300 BNG and FLISP houses.
The Vredendal project of almost 400 units started in September already and is expected to be completed in August this year.

This is phase of five of seven phases in Vredendal. So far, the Department has created over one thousand housing opportunities in the area.

Minister Madikizela will be accompanied by Matzikama Mayor, Johan van der Hoven during both events.
