Media Alert: Minister Madikizela to Hand Over Houses in Klapmuts, Stellenbosch

The Western Cape Minister of Human Settlements, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will hand over the first 16 houses in the Klapmuts Housing Project, in Klapmuts, Stellenbosch Municipality, Western Cape.

The project consists of 1 067 service sites and top structures. To date, 832 sites have been serviced, and the construction of 600 top structures has been approved. The servicing of the 832 sites will cost R33.9 million, the construction of the top structures R37.1 million, for a total project cost of R71 million. To date, 460 houses have been completed.
