Media Alert: Neighbourhood Watch Volunteers Graduate in Mitchell's Plain

The graduation ceremony of 235 neighbourhood watch volunteers from Mitchells Plain and Khayelitsha will take place on Saturday. This is part of a joint venture between the Department of Community Safety and the City of Cape Town's Urban Renewal Programme.
