Beneficiaries of the De Hoop housing development in Malmesbury are set to get the keys to their new homes tomorrow from Western Cape Minister of Infrastructure, Tertuis Simmers.

A portion of forty (40) units, upon completion of the project, will be designated to military veterans and those living with medically certified disabilities.

Minister Simmers said: “I look forward to this historic occasion, to hand over houses to deserving beneficiaries and share in their joyous moment. It is also reassuring to note the progress this project continues to make, keeping in line with the acceleration of delivering sustainable human settlements.”
