Media Alert: Minister Carlisle to Transfer Tokai Manor House to SANParks

Minister Robin Carlisle and Table Mountain National Park Manager Paddy Gordon will tomorrow sign a 25-year agreement to transfer the management of the Tokai Manor House and surrounding areas from the Department of Transport and Public Works to South African National Parks (SANParks).

In terms of the agreement, SANParks will be responsible for renovating and maintaining the Tokai Manor House, upgrading service infrastructure, landscaping, building parking areas and developing visitor facilities.
