Minister Fritz to award service delivery excellence
Tomorrow, the Minister of Community Safety, Albert Fritz, will award a law enforcement officer and SAPS protectors for service delivery excellence whilst on duty, which includes a monetary reward.
On Women’s Day 2019, Law Enforcement Officer Amanda George single-handedly pursued and arrested of an individual who allegedly stole tourists’ bank cards and pin numbers. At the same time, SAPS Protectors will be awarded for having previously saved Minister Fritz' life in August 2017 following an armed robbery.

Time: 15:00 – 17:00
Venue: 5th Floor, 35 Wale Street, Cape Town, 8000.
There will be an opportunity for photographs and interviews.
