Media Alert: Official Opening of Melkhoutfontein Clinic

Western Cape Minister of Health, Theuns Botha, will officially open the new Melkhoutfontein Clinic on Monday, 28 November 2011.

The new facility will improve the quality of health services received by the approximately 4000 residents of Melkhoutfontein. The 320m² facility cost R3.3 million to build.

Two clinical nurse practitioners and one enrolled nursing assistant will render primary healthcare services. Patients, when needed, will be referred to Riversdale and George hospitals.
