Minister Madikizela To Hand Over 120 Title Deeds In Heidelberg

Today, Tuesday 19 March 2019,  Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will hand over 120 title deeds in Diepkloof, Heidelberg in the Hessequa Municipal area.

The title deeds that will be handed over today form part of the Heidelberg Diepkloof IRDP Housing Project that was constructed in 2016.

The Department of Human Settlements has since 2009 facilitated the transfer of 103 000 title deeds in the Western Cape.

Minister Madikizela will be joined by Hessequa Executive Mayor, Grant Riddles during the handover.
