Western Cape Health Minister to Open R30 Million Upgraded Clinic in Paarl

Western Cape Health Minister, Theuns Botha, will officiate the opening of the upgraded TC Newman Community Day Centre in Paarl. In the past two years, R30 million's worth of renovations have been done at this facility.
