Minister Bonginkosi Madikizela to hand over 50 Title Deeds in Delft, Cape Town

Tomorrow, Thursday 21 June 2018, Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will hand over 50 title deeds in Delft, Cape Town as part of the Department’s strategic objective to empower vulnerable citizens through ensuring security of tenure and to inculcate a sense of ownership and responsibility in housing beneficiaries.

The Title Deed handover is part of the Department’s Enhanced Extended Discount Benefit Scheme (EEDBS) programme.  The EEDBS programme supports the transfer of pre-1994 housing stock to qualifying occupants.
