Atlantis firm to add 100 jobs after red tape intervention

28 November 2017

An Atlantis firm is set to add 100 jobs to the local community, due to an intervention by the Western Cape’s Red Tape Reduction Unit.

On Thursday (30 November 2017) Alan Winde, Minister of Economic Opportunities, will visit Phoenix Marine to discuss the company’s progress since the unit’s intervention last year.

Minister Winde’s visit forms part of a province-wide Red Tape Reduction Awareness update which will include visits over the next week. Organisations will detail their red tape issues, and the progress they have made since these matters were resolved.

The Red Tape team will also share practical advice to assist in resolving the most common red tape problems.
