Minister Grant to officially open R304 million upgraded R399 Piketberg Road

Tomorrow, 26 October 2017, Minister of Transport and Public Works, Donald Grant, and Executive Mayor of the West Coast District Municipality, Alderman JH Cleophas, will officially open the newly upgraded R304.6 million Velddrif/Piketberg Road in the West Coast.

This over 30 month-long project saw some noteworthy milestones, and is a testament to the Department of Transport and Public Works’ commitment to delivering quality transport infrastructure that contributes to the economy of the Western Cape.

Minister Grant and Mayor Cleophas will preside over the ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the road.

There will be opportunities for photographs and interviews.
