The allocation of these funds will increase the pool of local talent and make sporting excellence accessible to all. These funds will allow learners in schools to participate in a variety of activities of their choice and in the process, allow them to develop into empowered young adults who are better prepared for life,” she said.

DCAS supports sporting federations with funding. The funds should be used to develop and grow local sporting talent in our communities. Let us continue to grow our sporting talent BETTER TOGETHER.
