Minister Bonginkosi Madikizela to deliver his 2016/17 Annual Budget Speech

On Tuesday, 29 March 2016, Western Cape Minister of Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela will deliver his 2016/17 financial year budget speech for the Department of Human Settlements.
