From 10 to 16 February the Department of Health puts the spotlight on pregnancy and aims provide pregnant women, their partners and the community with information to ensure a safe pregnancy for both mother and baby.
If you are pregnant or trying to conceive, this guide will help you prepare and adapt to the prospect of life with a newborn baby. It will also offer information and advice around issues such as health and lifestyle habits.
