Minister hands over educational toys and blankets for Mandela Day

Western Cape Minister of Social Development Albert Fritz handed over educational toys and blankets to the Little Stars Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre in Ysterplaat on Mandela Day.

Staff from the Department of Social Development have generously contributed and donated several items as part of their Mandela Day initiatives. The Minister visited the ECD and spent time reading to and playing with the children.
