600 Shacks Burnt in Kayamandi, Stellenbosch: Minister Madikizela to Assess

600 shacks burnt in Kayamandi informal settlement, Stellenbosch, between 03:00 and 04:00 this morning. The Western Cape Minister of Human Settlements, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will be in site with the Executive Mayor of Stellenbosch, Mr Conrad Sidego, from 14:00 15 March 2013.
