Minister Madikizela To Hand Over 200 Title Deeds In Witzenberg, Ceres

Today, Tuesday 9 April 2019,  Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela, will hand over 200 title deeds in Bella Vista and Pine Valley in the Wittzenberg Municipal area.

The title deeds that will be handed over today form part of the Witzenberg UISP and  IRDP Housing Projects that were completed between 2010 and 2017.

The Department of Human Settlements has since 2009 facilitated the transfer of 103 000 title deeds in the Western Cape.

Minister Madikizela will be joined by Witzenberg Executive Mayor, Barnito Klaasen during both events.
