Minister Madikizela To Hand Over 400 Title Deeds In Paarl

Today, Thursday 04 April 2019,  Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela will hand over 420 title deeds to residents of Drommedaris, Lantana, Fairylands and Kingston in Drakenstein.

These projects form part of the Department of Human Settlements IRDP, PHP and UISP projects that were developed to cater for residents residing in the various communities around the Drakenstein municipal area.

The title deeds that will be handed over today form part of the various housing projects that were completed between 2016 and 2018.

The Department of Human Settlements has since 2009 facilitated the transfer of 103 000 title deeds in the Western Cape.

Minister Madikizela will be joined by Drakenstein Mayor, Conrad Poole during the handover.
