Minister Madikizela to Hand Over 150 Houses in Abbotsdale

Today, Friday 04 April 2014, Western Cape Minister of Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela will hand over 150 housing units to beneficiaries of Abbotsdale Housing Project outside Malmesbury.

To date, the Municipality has delivered over 400 serviced sites. This is in line with the Department’s incremental housing approach strategy, which aims to deliver more serviced sites first, and then houses later. This project has a budget of approximately over R40 million and will deliver over five hundred houses when complete.
