Min extends deepest condolences after tragic accident involving four children

9 February 2021

I wish to extend my deepest condolences to all the affected family and community members of the four young children who tragically lost their lives in a freak accident in Nyanga yesterday. The bodies of four young children were discovered between yesterday and the early hours of this morning.

A team of social workers, together with our Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) partners, will continue to render psycho-social support and assistance to the family members and neighbours who have been left deeply traumatized by this heartbreaking incident.

I would like to thank everyone who assisted at the scene and who were actively involved in the search and all relevant stakeholders who are assisting the community at this difficult time.

Let’s join hands to ensure the safety of all our children!
