Department to launch Integrated Youth Development Services in Bredasdorp

Tomorrow, the Western Cape Department of Social Development (DSD) in partnership with the Cape Agulhas Municipality will launch the innovative Integrated Youth Development Services.

The Integrated Youth Development Services will see the launch of the Bredasdorp Youth Hub, which will be based at our DSD Bredasdorp Local Office.

The Youth Hub is the first step to what will eventually be the development of the Bredasdorp Youth Café.

The Hub will play a critical role in integrating all youth development initiatives in the area, and open up doors for young people from Bredasdorp and surrounding towns. This is the Departments first steps at launching multiple youth services in the Overberg region, to encompass the towns of Bredasdorp, Napier, Elim and Straaisbaai.

There will be opportunities for interviews and photographs.
