Minister Albert Fritz Attended Chrysalis Academy Graduation

On 2 August 2014, Minister Albert Fritz gave the keynote address at the graduation ceremony of the 14 Alpha group at the Chrysalis Academy. The Chrysalis programme was started by the Western Cape Government to provide a social crime prevention and upliftment programme for the youth at risk in the province.

The 195 youths graduated, after having completed a rigorous 3 month residential course, which includes training in life skills and leadership and career development. Western Cape Minister of Community Safety Dan Plato was also in attendance.
