Media Alert: Minister Anroux Marais to promote cultural affairs in Vredenburg

Tomorrow, 11 October 2018, Western Cape Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport Anroux Marais will officially launch the Weskus Struggle Stories, an oral history initiative led by the Stigting vir die Bemagtiging deur Afrikaans (SBA) in Vredenburg.

Thereafter, Minister Marais will attend the Artscape’s Rural Outreach Programme at Weston Secondary School. The Rural Outreach Programme serves to provide access to people in outlying areas in the Western Cape, who cannot travel, access to what Artscape patrons would experience on a professional stage.
