MOD Coaches Learn First Aid

Mass participation; Opportunity and access; Development and growth (MOD) coaches were taken through a first aid Level One course facilitated by Dynamikos Occupational Health and Safety Training on 14, 15 and 16 March 2014.

According to Education and Training Manager Jamie Poole:  “All the participants enjoyed the course and said that they felt more equipped to deal with injuries within their work environment and in their communities.”

All participants passed their exam to receive Level One first aid certification. “We will be able to take this knowledge back to our learners. It feels good to have the required skills to deal with any situation that might come up in our training session,” said Swellendam Senior Secondary School Coach, Roy Davids.
