Transport Info Centre Experiencing Problems in Dealing with Golden Arrow Complaints

1 June 2010
The City of Cape Town's Transport Information Centre (TIC) is at present experiencing difficulty in dealing with complaints received from the public about Golden Arrow's bus services.

The TIC recently moved to the newly completed Transport Management Centre in Goodwood. The move resulted in unforeseen changes having to be made to the system used to record and process complaints received from the public about Golden Arrow's bus services. This is at present making it difficult to effectively follow up and deal with complaints received via the TIC's toll free number 0800 65 64 63.

The TIC is working closely with Golden Arrow to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Golden Arrow wishes to apologise for any delays in feedback that have been caused by the system change.

The City of Cape Town and Golden Arrow Bus Services thank the public for their understanding and patience during this time.
