Media Alert: Premier Zille to Launch Western Cape Provincial Government's 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children Campaign

Today, 24 November, Premier Helen Zille and the Provincial Minister of Social Development Patricia De Lille will mark the launch of the Western Cape Provincial Government's 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children campaign. This launch is on the eve of the campaign which will run from 25 November to 10 December.

The campaign focuses on holding maintenance defaulters responsible and ensuring that beneficiaries receive the money due to them. Premier Zille and Minister De Lille will provide more details on the various activities of the campaign at tomorrow's launch.
