Media Alert: Minister Albert Fritz to Launch New DSD Office in Agulhus Region

Minister Albert Fritz will officially launch the new Department of Social Development offices in Bredasdorp, which will fall under the Agulhus region.

The Department of Social Development, in line with its vision of creating a self-reliant society, is expanding its operations in order to meet our growing responsibilities in the province. The office will provide child care and protection services, probation services, substance abuse interventions, and family and parenting support services to the surrounding community.

This office will now bring the total number of DSD offices across the province to 38, which fall under the 6 regional offices.

There will be an opportunity for photos and interviews.
