Minister Winde to Tour Masiphumelele on Bicycle

On Thursday, 11 October 2012, Western Cape Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Alan Winde, will visit various tourist attractions on bicycle in Masiphumelele, Cape Town.

Minister Winde will use the opportunity to speak about community-based tourism in the Western Cape and its benefits to local communities.
