Minister Winde to release the findings of the PHA study

In 2017, the Western Cape Department of Agriculture commissioned an independent study into the agricultural value of the Philippi Horticultural Area in order to contribute meaningfully to future decision making around the use of this land.

The report has been finalised and consultations to discuss the findings of the report with interested and affected parties are currently underway.

Members of the media are invited to a press briefing where the findings of the report will be presented.
